iSky Drop-in Star Panel tiles are manufactured with 2" of 3 lb. density acoustic fiberglass for a > 1.0 Noise Reduction Coefficient (N.R.C.). These panels have unfinished square edges and are intended to be used in standard "T bar" of "grid" ceiling configurations, and have the preferred non-glare, matte black finish.
